What is The LIST?

The ConversationaLIST is an annual celebration of the best and brightest Gen Zers who are using their voices in the face of adversity to prove that young people are the amplifiers, unifiers, and disruptors that the world needs NOW.

Frankie Grande is an actor, musician, dancer and media personality, best known for his professional theatre roles, his YouTube channel, as well as his roles on Big Brother. He has has spent his career connecting people from all walks of life, using his platform to advocate for disadvantaged youth and LGBTQ+ rights.
Sierra Capri
Sierra Capri can most recently be seen in the fourth and final season of the Netflix Original series ON MY BLOCK. In the series Sierra plays the lead role of “Monse" (pronounced Mon-say), she is a tomboy on the cusp of evolving into a young woman. S
Matt Bernstein
Matt Bernstein, also known as MattXIV, is a content creator, an influencer and a leader of today and tomorrow. Across his Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok where he has amassed over a million followers total, he uses makeup and photography to to educate his audience and empower marginalized communities.
Spencer Barbosa
Spencer Barbosa is a content creator, entrepreneur, and actress who has worked with companies such as Family Channel, CBC, YTV, and Banger Films. As a content creator on platforms such as Tik Tok (4.4M), Instagram (643k), and Youtube (306k), she uses her voice to start important conversations about issues that matter to Gen Z.
August Maturo
August Maturo is an actor, best known for his role in Disney Channel's Girl Meets World. He was chosen as the 2021 LIST honoree in the AMPLIFY category for his advocacy work surrounding food allergies.

Sriya Tallapraganda

Sriya is the CEO of GirlsWhoSTEAM, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in STEM. Her mission is to make STEM an inclusive environment for everyone.

Dakota Lotus

Dakota  is an actor and singer who stars as "Coop" on Disney's "Coop and Cami ask the world." He is  an anti-bullying advocate who uses his platform to inform and educate about the impact of bullying.

Eshan Vishwakarma

Eshan is the founder of the Outspoken Narrative, an award-winning docuseries studio. He encourages others to create during difficult times, because that desire saved his life.

Eno Oduok

Eno is the founder and CEO of Naija Comm, the first-ever online community catered to Nigerian creatives and professionals in overlooked career fields specifically.

Saadia Abubaker

Saadia fights for racial equality by working with the Welsh Government on the Racial Equality Action plan. She hosts a podcast with the aim of empowering, uplifting and inspiring Gen Z.

Rochelle Prasad

Rochelle is an internationally recognized author, educator and social entrepreneur. She founded a non-profit called SPARK Foundation to make sure marginalized youth voices are heard.

Olivia is part of Bozeman High School Principal’s Advisory Board, Montana Youth Action's board, and is an educator for Bridgercare, Bozeman's reproductive health care clinic.

Stephanie Hu

Stephanie is the founder and executive director of Dear Asian Youth and the Co-Founder of CUSD Against Racism. She is passionate about uplifting marginalized voices into intersectional activism.

Joshua Turner

Joshua is the co-founder of B.R.E.A.T.H.E., an organization that seeks to address systemic racism and abuse through legislation. He is also a public speaker, civil rights leader, and activist.

Ava Hedeker

Ava Hedeker is the founder of F(earth)er, an interdisciplinary environmental magazine where she mentors writers to learn how their passions connect to the environment.

Raquel Perry

Raquel Perry is the president of her March for Our Lives Chapter at Florida Atlantic University and is a poet and uses her love for writing to bring awareness to social issues most important to her.

Malavika is the author of two books that explore themes of cybercrime, child trafficking, and abuse, and the founder-executive director of The Indian Inquirer, a youth-led media organization.
